We had a wonderful experience at Wyte portico. Been here many times for dining , attending events and stays as the hotel is very close to our house at Pandalam. But what made our recent visit special is Mr Ciril the Bartender !! He amazed us with his skills and knowledges and served us the best drinks in the town and we really enjoyed his hospitality and warmth. Would love to visit the hotel again and is recommended to all.

One of the worst stays of my life ! I had the most horrible experience staying at this place. Toilet flush was not working well, wash basin had issues with water draining, we had to wait for couple of mins after brushing or washing face for the water to drain. Staff was unfriendly and did not respond to any of our request to repair the flush and wash basin.. Bed sheets were dirty and not washed, we did not feel great sleeping in these rooms. My mother's room had a big nail jetting out on the floor so not very friendly for senior citizens.. There was work happening around the hotel so it was noisy, door sides chipped off, water to shower was muddy Overall bad experience, customer service was nil and I will not recommend this hotel in Adoor...

The food was awesome and the ambiance was cool. The service also was good. We have several times visited Wyte Portico and we have found the place worth going to again and again. Some improvement is a need in their Chinese dish, we had ordered schezwan chicken but the taste was not up to the mark. They need to improve in that area.
